Shipping Policy

• We currently ship across India only.

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

• Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location.

• You’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or issues from courier partners.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified, as each order is packed and processed quickly.

• Please review your cart and details carefully before confirming your order.

Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept any returns or offer refunds.
All purchases are final.

Please keep in mind:

• We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preferences.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery are always non-returnable.

In Case of Damage or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@houseoflaila.co.in with an un-cut, un-edited unboxing video of the item and packaging.

We will assess and assist you based on the situation.
